Civil/Environmental Engr Job Description
Assist Department Chair, Faculty and Graduate and Undergraduate Students with administrative, clerical, and general office support for Civil & Environmental Engineering department. Ensure policies and procedures are being followed to ensure success of operations. Assist with appointments and maintenance of graduate students. * Serve as assistant to Department Chair: General support, assist with correspondence, scheduling meetings and events, answering office phone, getting documents signed, trouble shooting and implementing processes or tasks. A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of University policies and procedures, as well as PeopleSoft skills including HR and Fiscal. Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Working knowledge of myZou and Canvas. Anticipated Hiring Range
