Accounts Receivable Analyst Fike Corporation, a rapidly growing international manufacturer of pressure relief, explosion protection, fire suppression and detection equipment, has an opportunity for a Accounts Receivable Analyst position. Fike is a privately held business located in Blue Springs, MO with over 400 employees locally & over 1,200 employees worldwide. Job Summary: The Accounts Receivable Analyst will provide support to the finance and tax teams. The primary focus will be ensuring the accuracy of transactional data, assisting with multi-jurisdictional tax filings, and maintaining the administrative foundation of Fike's global tax compliance strategy. The Accounts Receivable Analyst will work under the guidance of senior professionals to learn the nuances of receivables, tax, and intercompany relationships. Primary Responsibilities:

Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the environment is general office work and the employee is regularly required to walk, talk, hear, see, sit and use hands. Some travel domestically and internationally, as required. Job Qualifications: REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance and relevant specialized tax education. Two years or more of progressive work experience in indirect tax operations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to deal effectively with a variety of corporate functional organizations, professional disciplines and customers. Proficiency in spreadsheet, word processing software applications, and Google Suite. PREFERRED: Five years or more of progressive work experience in indirect tax operations. Experience with both ERP and tax database systems. Compensation: The pay range for this position is $56,692 to $69,743 a year. May increase depending on the level of experience of the candidate.
