Job Title - Tech Support Analyst II Location - Remote position, candidate must live in New Jersey. Duration - 5+ Months Description: Key Responsibilities * Diagnose and resolve issues with printers, plotters, kiosks, and POS systems. * Assist with Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software. * Deliver clear technical assistance to onsite technicians over the phone. * Maintain accurate service records and uphold quality standards. Qualifications: * Strong knowledge of printers, computer hardware, and software. * Electromechanical experience a plus. * Experience repairing laser and wide format printers * Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and customer service abilities. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or in a team.
