Lutheran Social Services (LSS) is a private, non-profit, human service agency providing a variety of services throughout Wisconsin and Upper Michigan. Description Mobility Coordinator Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin & Upper Michigan (LSS) Make The Ride Happen assists older adults and individuals with disabilities so they can remain active and involved in their community. Make The Ride Happen coordinates with other local transportation services to find rides for residents that meet their needs. The Mobility Coordinator provides education and support to help individuals understand, access, and coordinate transportation options within the community. Works to improve mobility for individuals by removing barriers and advocating for system change. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
