The Specialist, Lateral Partner Recruiting works closely with the Director of Legal Recruiting and Manager of Lateral Partner Recruiting to execute the firm's strategic lateral partner recruiting initiatives. This role coordinates all aspects of the lateral partner recruiting process across firm offices and regularly interfaces with partners, search firms, candidates, and the firm's business professionals, serving as a proactive representative of the firm. The ideal candidate will have experience in lateral attorney recruiting within a large law firm. Success in this role requires the ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple, competing responsibilities while delivering client service excellence on both routine and complex matters with internal and external stakeholders, including candidates, attorneys, and search firms. Responsibilities
Review resumes, profiles, business plans, and related candidate materials; present to firm leadership and coordinate internal follow-up
