A day in the life...


As a Senior Reliability Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for developing and leading a best-in-class reliability and maintenance strategy to maximize asset availability, performance, and lifecycle value across manufacturing operations. You will also drive proactive maintenance programs, reliability engineering practices, and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime, improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), and enhance equipment reliability.


What you will be doing...



  • Lead and develop maintenance and reliability engineering teams focused on improving asset performance, uptime, and efficiency.
  • Establish and execute a comprehensive reliability strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement reliability centered maintenance (RCM), predictive, and preventive maintenance programs.
  • Manage reliability KPIs including OEE, MTBF, MTTR.
  • Utilize CMMS systems and data analytics for maintenance optimization.
  • Lead root cause failure analysis (RCFA) and FMEA efforts.
  • Partner with operations and engineering to eliminate equipment losses.
  • Provide reliability input into capital projects and equipment design.
  • Manage maintenance budgets and spare parts strategies.
  • Drive a safety first mindset. Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.


If visiting our manufacturing plants, you will be expected to:



  • Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure product quality and maintain compliance with food safety standards.
  • Complete and follow FSQA training and programs to comply with regulatory requirements, ensure consumer safety, and support the plant's food safety and quality objectives.
  • Promptly report and take appropriate action on any observed or potential food safety hazards, process deviations, or non-conformities by notifying the designated plant supervisor, in accordance with your role and responsibilities.
  • Actively contributes to the continuous improvement of the company's Food Safety Culture through engagement and actions aligned with your role.

Do you have what it takes?


(Basic Qualifications)



  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).
  • 5+ years of experience in maintenance / reliability leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of CMMS systems, reliability engineering, and lean methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to speak, read, and write English fluently, with or without an accommodation.


Do you stand above the rest?


(Preferred Qualifications)



  • Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP)
  • Experience with automation, controls, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA, etc.).
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence at all levels.
