Here is what you will be doing each day:



  1. Supervise all Guest Services operations including valet, bell, and door attendant services
  2. Recruit, train, coach, and develop Guest Services team members
  3. Ensure consistent delivery of high-level hospitality and guest satisfaction
  4. Manage staffing schedules and labor coverage for all shifts
  5. Monitor operational flow, guest arrivals/departures, and vehicle management
  6. Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly
  7. Ensure compliance with safety, service, and company standards
  8. Oversee tip pool administration and operational reporting
  9. Coordinate with hotel and restaurant leadership to support overall guest experience


Does this sound like you



  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hospitality, guest services, valet operations, or hotel operations
  • Excellent guest service and communication skills
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record preferred
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift luggage up to 50lbs, and remain active for extended periods
  • Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts as needed
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
