Job Summary:

The Supply Chain Summer Intern will support key initiatives across procurement, logistics, inventory management, and operations. This role provides hands-on exposure to end-to-end supply chain processes, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-paced, global environment.

The intern will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, support sourcing activities, and contribute to cost savings, efficiency improvements, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Reporting



  • Analyze supply chain data (spend, inventory, freight, supplier performance)
  • Develop dashboards and reports using Excel or BI tools
  • Identify trends, risks, and cost-saving opportunities
  • Support Management Operating Review (MOR) reporting


Procurement & Sourcing Support



  • Assist with supplier research and benchmarking
  • Support RFQ/RFP processes (data collection, bid analysis, comparisons)
  • Help track contract compliance and supplier performance metrics
  • Participate in supplier communications and follow-ups


Logistics & Operations



  • Support freight and logistics analysis (cost, service levels, carrier performance)
  • Assist in tracking shipments and resolving delivery issues
  • Evaluate opportunities for route optimization and cost reduction

    • SAP
    • GSC KPI's
    • Medius


  • Medius Support
  • SAP support


Requirements:



  • Working on a bachelor's degree in computer science, computer software, supply chain management, business, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Power BI exposure or usage
  • Project Management
  • Analytics
  • Programming skills

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. This is a remote position in the US. We are open to candidates in various states, with the exception of those residing in the following: AK, DC, ME, NH, NM, OK, HI, MS, MT, NV, NE, ND, SD, VT, WY, WV

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $16 - $18 USD hourly. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.
