9:30pm-6:00am, Tuesday-Saturday



Pay range:



$21.90/hr + $1.75 Shift Differential

About the Role

In this role, you'll work closely with supportive Lead Personnel and Supervisors who are committed to helping you succeed. Every day brings something a little different - from operating forklifts to ensuring products are handled with care - and your contributions will play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly.



What You'll Do


  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and confidently, including single and doublewide forklifts and yard tractors



  • Load and unload semitrailers with accuracy and care



  • Use barcode scanning equipment to track materials efficiently



  • Monitor product and raw material quality, reporting any issues you spot



  • Complete documentation with attention to detail



  • Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs on equipment



  • Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe



  • Support production teams when needed



  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and GMP guidelines - your safety matters to us

What You'll Bring


  • A commitment to working safely and maintaining high quality standards



  • Experience operating forklifts or similar warehouse equipment (or a willingness to learn)



  • The ability to lift up to 40 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally



  • Comfort with physical activity: climbing stairs, bending, twisting, reaching, and standing or walking for long periods



  • Reliability, attention to detail, and pride in doing things the right way



  • A teamfocused attitude and willingness to help wherever needed



  • Flexibility to work overtime when required (up to 64 hours/week)



  • A dedication to following food safety policies and procedures


  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis. The company will not sponsor employment visas now or in the future
  • Applicants must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English at a level necessary to perform the essential duties of the position.
