Overview R&P is looking for a senior level Chief of Staff who wants to join our team. We are a mid-sized defense contractor providing Business Financial Management, Engineering, Logistics, Program Management and Technical Services to government clients. We are seeking a qualified individual to provide direct support to the shipbuilding portfolio's Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager. This is a high-trust, high-visibility role requiring sound judgement, discretion and an ability to operate effectively within a fast-paced environment aligned to assist the Navy in delivering new construction expeditionary and amphibious platforms. Conduct analysis on work procedures and recommends changes to improve the effectiveness of the organization's management.
