Job Title: Source Strategies Analyst

Location: Springfield (NGA) - Onsite
Clearance: TS/SCI, willingness to obtain CI Poly
Employment Type: Full-Time
Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred (or equivalent experience)

Overview

We are seeking a Source Strategies Analyst to support GEOINT collection management efforts within the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). This position supports mission-focused collection strategy development, tradecraft implementation, and collaboration across the GEOINT enterprise. The ideal candidate brings hands-on GEOINT collection management experience, strong communication and documentation skills, and the ability to support evolving mission priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support GEOINT collection management activities across mission priorities and focus areas

  • Assist in defining, documenting, and improving workflows, SOPs, and best practices

  • Collaborate with internal NGA teams and external mission partners to support collection strategy efforts

  • Contribute to GEOINT TCPED-related operational support and process execution

  • Develop or support educational materials, job aids, process documentation, and training resources

  • Utilize tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, and related platforms to support mission deliverables

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of GEOINT collection management experience

  • Strong understanding of the GEOINT Community, collection management structures, and mission focus areas

  • Experience writing and documenting SOPs, workflows, or operational best practices

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe tools (Premiere, Photoshop, or similar)

  • Knowledge of the GEOINT TCPED process: TCPED = Request Collect Prepare Analyze Deliver

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to work independently and within collaborative team environments

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with willingness to obtain a CI Polygraph

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience performing GEOINT collection operations

  • Experience developing training materials, job aids, videos, or instructional content

  • Familiarity with tradecraft implementation and training standards

  • GEOINT Professional Certification - Fundamentals (GPC-F)

  • GEOINT Professional Certification - Collections (GPC-C)
