Project Manager, Data & Insights Solutions Apply Online The Justice Project Manager leads complex, high-visibility client implementations within the Justice vertical, overseeing end-to-end delivery across multiple integrated Tyler solutions. This role requires an experienced project leader who thrives in ambiguity, brings clarity to complexity, and consistently delivers measurable outcomes.
The Justice Project Manager partners closely with internal implementation teams, data engineers, solution architects, and client stakeholders-from technical contributors to executive sponsors-to drive success on transformative justice initiatives. These engagements often span data integrations, analytics deployments, and enterprise reporting solutions impacting courts, public safety, and justice administration statewide.
This individual combines strong project management discipline with strategic foresight, navigating evolving client needs and dynamic environments with autonomy, accountability, and confidence.
What your days look like: You'll start mornings reviewing project dashboards and prioritizing where to focus your energy. You'll spend time on calls with a county IT director troubleshooting a data integration challenge, then pivot to facilitating a working session between your data engineers and a client's public defender's office. You'll update executive stakeholders on project milestones, identify a resourcing risk before it becomes critical, and end the day refining next quarter's implementation roadmap. Every day requires you to shift between strategic thinking and tactical problem-solving-often within the same hour.

Excellence in Project Delivery
Day-to-day, this means: You're the one keeping three major implementations moving forward simultaneously. You're identifying when a client's data quality issue will impact go-live and getting ahead of it. You're recalibrating timelines when requirements evolve, managing stakeholder expectations with transparency, and ensuring your team has what they need to deliver. You're tracking budget burn, forecasting variances, and making real-time calls about trade-offs between scope, schedule, and resources.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
In practice: You're the person clients call when something's unclear or urgent. You're presenting project status to a county administrator one hour, then walking a technical team through integration specs the next. You're reading the room in stakeholder meetings, sensing when concerns aren't being voiced, and creating space for honest conversation. You're translating "the database migration is blocked by schema dependencies" into "we need two more weeks to ensure your historical case data is preserved correctly"-and getting buy-in for the revised timeline.
Cross-Functional Leadership
What this looks like: You're the bridge between teams that don't always work together. You're pulling in a solution architect when a client's request pushes product boundaries, coordinating with another PM whose project impacts yours, and advocating for your team's needs with Product when a feature gap surfaces. You're documenting what worked (and what didn't) so the next PM can learn from your experience, and you're actively shaping how the team approaches similar challenges in the future.
Operational & Strategic Contributions
Behind the scenes: You're in working groups discussing how to improve our implementation methodology. You're reviewing upcoming deals to reality-check timelines and resourcing. You're coaching a peer through a challenging stakeholder situation. You're contributing to the templates and frameworks that make everyone more effective. You're thinking not just about your projects, but about how the team and organization can deliver better outcomes across the board.
Success in This Role Looks Like
You'll know you're succeeding when: Clients specifically ask for you on new projects. Your name comes up when leadership discusses who should tackle the most complex implementations. Team members seek your input on tough calls. You're proud of the outcomes you've delivered-not just on-time and on-budget, but genuinely impactful for the justice agencies you serve. Qualifications
