Add to Favorite Jobs Email this Job No job description available Working Title: Residency Program Administrator Job Code: 7208A2 Job Summary: The Residency Program Administrator provides highlevel direction, leadership, and daytoday management of educational services for medical residents within the Department of Family Medicine and Community Health at M Health Fairview Clinic - Smiley's. As a key member of the program's leadership team, the Administrator serves as the primary operational link between education administration, attending physicians, residents, medical students, and institutional and regulatory offices. This role requires strong working knowledge of the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) requirements and the ability to support ongoing accreditation efforts. The successful candidate will demonstrate initiative, sound judgment, and resourcefulness in managing complex daily operations; ensuring compliance with accreditation standards; and maintaining efficient administrative systems that support a highfunctioning learning environment. We are seeking a highly organized professional who can independently prioritize a varied workflow, develop and maintain effective administrative processes, and serve as a reliable liaison for learners and faculty in a fastpaced medical education setting. The Administrator will play a central role in coordinating program activities, supporting residents, and contributing to the overall success and continuous improvement of the residency program. Please note: This is a 100% in-person position based at M Health Fairview Clinic - Smiley's. Standard hours are Monday through Friday, consisting of eight hours per day (plus a minimum 30-minute unpaid lunch) scheduled within a 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM window, with exact hours determined based on operational needs. While the role primarily follows these core hours, flexibility for occasional evening or weekend work is required. Although in-person requirements may be adjusted in the future based on the evolving needs of the clinic and residency program, remote or hybrid work is not currently an option.
