We are seeking a Per Diem Compensation Consultant to support our ongoing compensation and organizational design initiatives. This role will primarily focus on advancing the job architecture and leveling project, partnering closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and business leaders to review, update, and standardize job descriptions across the organization.

The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and experienced in compensation analysis, job evaluation, and organizational structure work.

This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer. This includes education, experience, skills, and certifications/licensures as they directly relate to position requirements; as well as business/organizational needs, internal equity, and market-competitiveness.
