GENERAL SUMMARY: The Dearborn Trauma/SICU teamis a highly collaborative and supportive group of Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and Physicians dedicated to delivering exceptional care to injured and critically ill patients. As a Level II Trauma Center, the Dearborn campus manages a wide range of traumatic injuries and acute critical illnesses while maintaining a strong focus on quality, safety, and excellent patient outcomes. APPs on this service are trained to manage patients from door to discharge, providing comprehensive trauma and surgical critical care across the continuum. The team offers meaningful educational and clinical training opportunities for APPs interested in bedside procedures, pointofcare ultrasound, and rapid assessment and management of critically injured patients. The Dearborn Trauma/SICU team is seeking motivated, proactive, and hardworking APPswho are interested in a rewarding career where they can practice at the top of their scopewithin a supportive, teambased environment alongside experienced APPs and Physicians.
