Job Title: SAP Functional Consultant

Location(s): Atlanta, GA

Role Summary:
Seeking a Senior SAP HCM Functional Business Analyst with strong expertise in Organizational Management (OM) and Personnel Administration (PA). The role focuses on supporting employee data management processes, collaborating with HR IT and business stakeholders, and enhancing existing SAP HCM functionality within a mature environment.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong hands-on functional expertise in SAP HCM OM and PA modules.
• Experience translating business pain points into functional solutions.
• Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination and defect resolution experience.
• Understanding of SAP HCM configuration concepts and impacts.
• Experience supporting existing SAP implementations and process enhancements.
• Knowledge of employee data management and HR business processes.
• Ability to create and maintain business requirements, user stories, and documentation.
• Experience managing interfaces with third-party systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead employee data management discussions and support process improvements.
• Collaborate with HR IT and business stakeholders to resolve functional issues.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and user stories.
• Support testing activities including UAT coordination and defect tracking.
• Monitor and support interfaces between SAP HCM and external systems.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and process compliance.
• Support enhancements and modifications to existing SAP HCM configurations.
• Act as liaison between business users and IT teams for solution delivery.

Technical Environment:

• SAP HCM Organizational Management (OM).
• SAP HCM Personnel Administration (PA).
• Existing SAP HCM implementation support and enhancement environment.
• Third-party HR system integrations.

Additional Notes:

• No hands-on SAP configuration required, but strong conceptual understanding is necessary.
• Not an ABAP development role.
• Focus is on support, enhancement, and optimization of existing SAP HCM processes rather than greenfield implementation.
