Volunteers of America-Greater New York (VOA-Greater New York) is a leading anti-poverty organization serving neighbors in need across New York City, Northern New Jersey, and Westchester. Through 70+ programs, we support over 35,000 adults and children each year, including individuals experiencing homelessness, survivors of domestic violence, youth aging out of foster care, veterans, seniors, and children with developmental delays. We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the following position: Position: Director of Quality Assurance and New Initiatives (Hybrid) The Director of Quality Assurance and New Initiatives is responsible for all quality improvement and staff development activities to insure accurate implementation by staff of the approved Volunteers of America treatment models and program procedures. The Director of Quality Assurance and New Initiatives also serves as the project manager for the programs funding source initiatives and is responsible for researching and identifying prospective growth opportunities. Director of Quality Assurance and New Initiatives monitors the delivery of services, as defined by certification criteria, funder and licensing standards, and client needs.
