We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer with Energy experience who enjoys sourcing for a wide variety of engineering candidates.

The ideal candidate for this position will perform the following tasks:

  • Researching and sourcing resumes from varied sources to create talent pipelines.
  • Establish and fine tune the sourcing strategy while consistently delivering results through identification of top talent.
  • Capture and analyze the results of sourcing strategy and implement improvements.
  • Formalize pipeline strategies and assist in training and onboarding team members to your methodologies.
  • Working closely with the recruiting team to understand the requirements for the roles and build candidate prospect lists.
  • Strategize different ways of reaching out to external talent, always providing an engaging and exciting first-touch experience for candidates.
  • Maintain meticulous records of candidate outreach.
  • Maintain and track various sourcing metrics.

In addition to demonstrated success in these skills, other minimum requirements are:

  • 5+ years of sourcing experience
  • A strong knowledge of pipelines, online campaigns, and recruitment selling techniques
  • Thorough understanding of the talent pool and sourcing strategies
  • Experience using an enterprise level applicant tracking system to report candidate analytics
  • Must be highly proficient in search engines and advanced Internet research
  • Demonstrates proficiency in researching, reviewing and understanding new scientific, technical and business topics
  • Solid understanding of skills and expertise within engineering consulting field
  • Works efficiently and effectively under pressure and with critical deadlines
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
  • Practices independent thinking, is a self-starter and well-organized
  • Produces high volume of quality/accurate work
  • Practices excellent time management, analytical and coordination skills / techniques
  • Manages multiple projects simultaneously and with little direction
