Position Summary The Manager of Global Business Development is responsible for the strategic execution and operational alignment of the go-to-market (GTM) process for IT Cosmetics and Youth To The People. This role serves as a vital bridge between the DMI and regional zones, ensuring that brand strategies are effectively implemented across markets and channels. The Manager must be a highly organized, data-driven professional who can navigate a complex matrixed environment. You will collaborate daily with Global Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Digital teams to ensure launch readiness and business continuity. While the Director focuses on long-term strategic vision, the Manager focuses on mastery of execution, market support, and high-level business analysis. REQUIREMENTS * 5-7 years of progressive experience in marketing, business development, or retail management (Prestige beauty preferred). * Strategic Execution: Proven ability to take a high-level strategy and break it down into a clear, actionable project plan. * Project Management: Elite organizational skills with a track record of managing complex timelines and multi-faceted projects simultaneously. * Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to build strong, collaborative relationships in a matrixed environment. You must be able to influence partners without direct authority. * Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You can simplify complex data into clear, concise presentations for senior leadership. * Resilience: The ability to manage shifting priorities and provide clear direction to markets even in times of ambiguity. * Data Fluency: Advanced proficiency in Excel and business analytical tools; ability to conduct deep-dive analysis and simulations. * Global Mindset: Proven knowledge of global cultural nuances and the competitive beauty landscape. * Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
