Branch Manager
Centennial, CO - This is a full-time, on-site position based at our headquarters. This is not a remote work position.

Position Summary
The Branch Manager is responsible for leading daily branch operations, driving operational efficiency, supporting revenue growth, managing financial performance, and developing a high-performing team. This role oversees branch staff, ensures compliance with company policies and safety standards, manages customer and operational escalations, and partners with the Division Manager, Finance, HR, and other departments to achieve branch goals. The Branch Manager is expected to model company values, support continuous improvement, and deliver a high level of service to customers and employees.
Essential Functions (Essential functions may include, but are not limited to, the functions listed below)
  • Lead, plan, and manage daily branch operations to achieve service, productivity, safety, quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance goals.
  • Monitor branch performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement action plans to improve efficiency, profitability, and employee engagement.
  • Manage branch budget, labor planning, expenses, revenue performance, and other key operating metrics in partnership with Finance and senior leadership.
  • Supervise, coach, train, and develop branch employees; support hiring, onboarding, performance management, disciplinary recommendations, and employee development.
  • Ensure branch employees follow company policies, procedures, safety standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with HR to address employee relations matters, workplace concerns, conflicts, and performance issues.
  • Support sales and customer retention efforts by promoting company services, identifying growth opportunities, and strengthening customer relationships.
  • Provide technical, operational, and professional guidance to branch personnel and communicate key business updates, goals, and performance expectations.
  • Review branch operations, resolve or escalate issues, and report significant operational, financial, safety, or employee concerns to senior management.
  • Promote the company within the industry, customer base, and applicable trade associations.
  • Ensure employees understand and follow safe work practices, accident prevention procedures, and health and safety requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
Required Qualifications
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must meet any applicable minimum age requirements.
  • Successful completion of a background check and drug screen, consistent with applicable law.
  • Post-secondary education, two or more years of management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and Windows-based software.
  • Strong communication, customer service, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, think critically, adapt to changing business needs, and work independently with minimal direct supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop employees.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing branch, field service, facilities service, commercial kitchen equipment repair, refrigeration, HVAC, or similar service operations.
  • Experience with budgeting, operational accounting, labor planning, credit/collections processes, and financial performance management.
  • Sales, customer retention, or market development experience.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This position is primarily performed on-site in an office and branch operations environment. The role may require standing, walking, sitting, using a computer, communicating by phone or video, and occasionally visiting shop, warehouse, or customer locations. Schedule:This is a full-time, on-site position. The Branch Manager is generally scheduled Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Flexibility may be required outside of normal business hours to support branch operations, customer needs, employee matters, or after-hours escalations.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Pay: $85,000 - based on experience and qualifications.
  • Bonus Potential: This position is eligible for an annual performance-based bonus. Bonus potential is based on branch financial results, operational performance, and achievement of established business objectives. Any bonus payout is subject to the terms of the applicable bonus plan and is not guaranteed.
