Bilingual Legal Assistant & Receptionist

The right candidate for our available Legal Assistant position will have at least one year’s experience in Personal Injury and Workers Compensation law, be fluent in both English and Spanish, possess strong communication and organizational skills, pay close attention to detail and have knowledge of all Microsoft programs. Dictation is a must. Professionalism and the ability to multi-task are essential to the job. Training will be provided, but you must be a self-starter.

The right candidate for our available Receptionist position will have experience in switchboard management, customer service, filing and data input. Fluency in both English and Spanish is a must. To be successful in this position, a candidate must possess an energetic, positive personality and have the ability to multi-task and answer calls in a professional, kind manner.
