About the role:

Hybrid Role in Denver, CO or Minneapolis, MN

We are looking for a Program Manager to support large Commercial & Industrial (C&I) demand response programs. These programs allow customers to voluntarily reduce energy usage during peak demand periods to support grid reliability.

You will manage multiple programs across several states, overseeing performance, customer participation, and program operations throughout the full lifecycle-from enrollment through execution and year-end reporting.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage 2-3 demand response programs across multiple states
  • Oversee customer enrollment and account management processes
  • Manage program forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics
  • Prepare program reports, regulatory filings, and performance documentation
  • Coordinate program operations including:

    • Billing and settlements
    • Waivers and customer inquiries
    • Issue resolution and complaints


  • Support enrollment strategies and communication of program rules
  • Monitor timelines and ensure programs meet deadlines and compliance requirements
  • Find and address program risks
  • Improve cost, performance, and execution


Qualifications:



  • 7+ years of experience in program management or related field
  • Experience managing:

    • Budgets
    • Forecasting
    • Program performance


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $116-121/hr.
