Summary
Under the direction of Pharmacy Leadership, this role is responsible for supporting the pharmacy's operations and ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of medications and healthcare products. Does this position require Patient Care? No Essential Functions -Accurately and efficiently fill prescription orders under the supervision of a pharmacist. -This includes selecting the correct medications, measuring the appropriate quantities, and labeling the prescriptions correctly. -Maintain adequate stock levels of medications and supplies, monitor expiration dates, and assist with organizing the pharmacy's inventory. -Receive and interpret prescription orders, ensuring they are complete and accurate. -Verify patient information, insurance details, and medication dosages. -Collaborate with healthcare professionals to resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
