The Senior Solution Architect leads the design and deployment of complex data solutions tailored to meet business objectives. This role includes selecting and implementing the right technology stack, optimizing relational databases, and developing lakehouse strategies. The Senior Solution Architect constructs and refines sophisticated data models and defines detailed data structures and nomenclature. They evaluate and integrate new data sources, ensuring they meet high standards of quality. Additionally, the Senior Solution Architect excels in visualizing and presenting data solutions to ensure clarity in addressing the problem and providing actionable insights. They also mentor junior architects and contribute to best practices. Minimum EducationBachelor's Degree A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/statistical or business field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science). (Required) Master's Degree Masters preferred. (Preferred) Minimum Work Experience 6 years Requires deep functional knowledge with 6 years of related experience, or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position. (Required) Required Skills/Knowledge Experience working in a heavily regulated industry. Healthcare is a plus. Advanced knowledge of product management. Experience working with global distributed multicultural teams. Experience with agile leadership. Experience with building, delivering and maintaining production ready products. Knowledge of statistical data analysis and machine learning such as linear models, time series forecasting, neural network, random forest and NLP models, etc. Expert in Python coding and utilization of machine learning and statistical packages for modeling. Experience with database skills, SQL, NoSQL, coding for ETL. Seeks to acquire knowledge in area of specialty. Ability to identify basic problems and procedural irregularities, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to work independently. Demonstrated analytical skills. Demonstrated project management skills. Demonstrates a high level of accuracy, even under pressure. Demonstrates excellent judgment and decision-making skills. The disclosed salary range includes the minimum and maximum rates within which Children's National believes an individual's base pay rate will fall for this position. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the maximum of the pay range. The exact pay rate for this position will be based on a variety of factors in alignment with the Children's National compensation philosophy. These factors are legitimate and non-discriminatory including, but not limited to, the current market conditions; organizational needs; the individual's combination of prior work experience, level of education, knowledge, skills, and other qualifications. This base salary range does not include our comprehensive benefits package or any additional compensation for which this position may be eligible.
