Kids Are Our Everything. Department 10422 Proposal DevelopmentPay Range $65,124.80 - $108,555.20 The Senior Grants and Contracts Specialist will work independently with grants, contracts, and clinical trial agreements from a variety of sponsors and funding agencies that may be federal, non-federal, state and local government, private foundations, and pharmaceutical companies. Will be responsible for pre-award functions such as providing official review, approval, and on-time submission of the proposal while being sure to ensure accuracy and compliance with program announcement, organizational and federal regulations. In addition to pre-award functions, the Senior GCS will perform some post-award functions such as award analysis and account set-up, and issuance of the federal sub-award, along with other award related agreements (e.g., consulting agreements, service agreements, or the Business Associate Agreement). The Senior GCS will coordinate with other department team members to ensure the award terms and conditions are met from award acceptance through close-out.Minimum Education
