AboutOutpatient Clinics Corewell Health operates more than 300 outpatient clinics across Michigan, providing a wide range of care options to the communities we serve. The Corewell Health Dearborn Hospital Heart & Vascular Center offers comprehensive, patient-centered programs designed to help individuals improve cardiovascular health and regain active, healthy lifestyles. Services include monitored exercise therapy, risk factor modification, and nutrition counseling for patients recovering from heart attacks, cardiac surgery, invasive procedures, or those diagnosed with heart-related chest pain. Through expert-guided care, patients are supported in improving fitness, managing risk factors, and slowing the progression of heart disease. Programs and services include atrial fibrillation care, cardiovascular and pulmonary rehabilitation, congestive heart failure management, electrophysiology, interventional cardiology, on-site diagnostic testing, and valve clinics. The Operations Manager oversees a high-volume, highly regarded practice spanning five departments across three floors. This role ensures alignment with Joint Commission standards and organizational policies while leading a multidisciplinary team of up to 24 direct reports, including Providers, Fellows, Registered Nurses, and Advanced Practice Providers. The ideal candidate brings significant healthcare operations experience, strong business acumen, and proven leadership within a complex clinical environment. This on-site, Monday-Friday position is ideal for a proactive, independent leader who is eager to contribute to continued operational excellence and organizational growth. Job Summary Responsible for the activities of team members within practices and oversees the delivery of optimal patient flow and patient satisfaction in collaboration with dyad partners. Trains team members and serves as a liaison between providers, team members and director in daily operations. Responsible for charge capture processing, standard work, process improvement and practice staffing. Manages team member performance and development and ensures policy adherence.
