Accounting Clerk

Hourly Pay rate: $20.00/hr. - $23.00/hr. + overtime

Summary:

Support staff for accounting, primarily accounts receivable/revenue. Daily monitoring of AR inquiry mailbox, process daily invoicing, and assist with documentation requests and retention.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Daily invoicing
• Daily scanning of revenue documentation.
• Daily review of AR-inbox / inquiries.
• Weekly & monthly revenue audits.
• Confidential projects as assigned (legal, etc.).
• All other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED; or equivalent combination of education and Accounting/Finance experience.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills.
• Analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• Strong problem-solving ability.
• Communicate effectively in both verbal and in written form.
• Ability to collaborate within all levels of the organization.
