Our Social Media Analysts execute Sentry's social media content strategies.

For this position, Sentry does not offer employment to holders of F-1, J-1, and H-1 Visas.

What You'll Do

As a Social Media Analyst, you will:

  • Strategically plan, execute, optimize, and conduct reporting for advertising campaigns across social media channels.

  • Engage with social audiences while responding and delegating social questions or complaints internally for review.

  • Utilize organic and insight features within Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other leading social platforms to provide insight on performance.

  • Analyze online conversations with an emphasis on social listening and provide actionable recommendations to cross-functional teams.

  • Monitor and respond to social reviews on Facebook, TripAdvisor, Yelp, Google My Business, Glassdoor, etc.

  • Frequently review and update social accounts and review listings across platforms.

  • Collaborate with marketing team to provide recommendations on digital strategies that align with offline and online marketing programs and support business unit objectives.

  • Maintain organization of all upcoming social media plans within calendar.

  • Participate in planning monthly organic content.

What it Takes

  • Bachelors Degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or related field, or equivalent related work experience.

  • Minimum of 1-year related work experience.

  • Experience utilizing organic features within Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

  • Proficiency in using social media publishing tools to monitor or schedule content.

  • Ability to think strategically and align marketing plans with business objectives

  • Experience with social listening and brand monitoring.

  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to set priorities, adjust priorities, meet deadlines, and multi-task in a fast paced environment.
