Job Title: Onsite Practice Coordinator

Location(s): Oakland, CA

Position Overview:
The Onsite Practice Coordinator supports daily clinic operations with a primary focus on scheduling, patient coordination, and administrative workflows. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple work queues efficiently.

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage clinic scheduling work queues (WQs)
• Handle incoming phone calls and patient inquiries
• Process patient documentation requests
• Verify insurance eligibility and obtain authorizations
• Work claim edit queues and resolve related issues

Additional Responsibilities (Light):

• Front desk registration support as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in a healthcare administrative or clinic setting
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Experience with scheduling systems and insurance workflows preferred

Soft Skills:

• Proactive and self-sufficient
• Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills
• Patient, empathetic, and customer-service focused

Additional Details:

• Assignment will remain at a single campus for the duration
• No temp-to-perm conversion expected
• Open to candidates without APeX (Epic) experience
