Pay Range USD $42,000.00 - USD $45,000.00 /Yr. Overview A successful Alpine Ski Coach will provide effective leadership in each of the following areas in relation to their sport: recruiting, teaching/coaching, counseling, marketing, alumni relations, fund raising, and sport administration. It will be necessary to prioritize and balance these activities in a manner that best promotes and advances their sport within all Clarkson University, USCSA and NCAA rules and regulations. The Alpine Ski coach will also be the caretaker of the Outdoor Lodge and is the main contact for our Outdoor Recreation programs. This is a 10 month position that requires the applicant to reside on campus due to job duties, housing will be provided. Responsibilities * Promote the mission and goals of Clarkson University, the athletic department, the USCSA, NCAA and outdoor recreation. Qualifications Education: Preferred Qualifications: Master's in related field Experience: Preferred Experience: At least two years as a collegiate ski coach. Essential Skills Tactical and technical expertise in the sport of alpine skiing; excellent communication skills; ability to multi-task; must be able to problem solve, suggest and implement solutions.
