RDO Equipment Co. in Pasco belongs to our Northwest Agriculture division which is made up of 10 stores across Washington and Oregon. The team members in Pasco support farmers in this area as they plant, tend and harvest the crops that feed the nation. This is a forward-looking customer base that defaults toward innovation. - Department Rotation: Rotate through sales, parts, technology, and service departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of dealership operations and customer support.
- Sales Skill Development: Build foundational capabilities in relationship-building, needs assessment, product knowledge, and solution-based selling.
- Sales Support: Assist with daily sales activities while progressively taking on greater responsibility in customer interactions and sales processes.
- Customer Engagement: Learn and apply RDO's Customer Engagement Experience principles in all customer and team interactions.
- Learning Opportunities: Participate in training, mentorship, and development programs to build industry knowledge and prepare for advancement.
- Team Collaboration: Contribute to a collaborative work environment through communication efforts, meetings, and cross-functional teamwork.
