Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Management or Engineering, a related specialized area or field is required (or equivalent experience) plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

Providing Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) input to project/program plans and deliverables, the Senior Advanced Integrated Logistics Support Specialist will have the opportunity to help our nation's heroes make a true impact. You'll define, review and analyze system requirements for enhancements/modifications for supportability. We'll depend on you to manage members of the ILS staff in support of projects/programs. In this role you'll support other disciplines for program/project resolutions/enhancements. It's a challenge that will put your talent in the spotlight.

What you'll experience:
  • Lead planning, execution, and delivery of training and documentation products
  • Coordinate with engineering, SMEs, and instructional designers
  • Manage budgets, schedules, risks, and deliverables across multiple efforts
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for program stakeholders

What you bring to the table:
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Management or Engineering, a related specialized area or field (or equivalent experience) plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrates very strong leadership capability consistent with a team-based work environment
  • Exceptional expertise in six or more of the ILS elements
  • Seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization; solves a wide range of issues in creative ways

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project or product leadership roles
  • Familiarity with SSBN/SSGN or similar defense programs preferred

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment


Target salary range: USD $119,087.00/Yr. - USD $128,856.00/Yr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.
