Job DescriptionVisa is seeking a strategic finance leader to join the ValueAdded Services (VAS) Issuing Solutions team. This role partners closely with senior business executives to shape financial strategy, evaluate investments, and drive decisionmaking across the Card Benefits and Affluent portfolio. As a Senior Director, you will serve as the primary finance partner to global product and commercial leaders, translating complex business dynamics into clear financial insights that influence strategy, prioritization, and resource allocation. This is a highvisibility individual contributor role reporting to the VP of Finance, ValueAdded Services Issuing Solutions, with significant exposure to senior finance leadership and executive management. To thrive in this highly visible seat, you must operate seamlessly between executive-level strategy and hands-on execution. The Senior Director must bring strong strategic thinking, financial rigor, and executive presence, with the ability to frame implications, risks, and trade-offs for senior leadership while also rolling up their sleeves to lead complex analysis, validate assumptions, and drive decisions. Success in this role will depend on driving clarity from complexity, challenging conventional thinking, and influencing outcomes across a highly matrixed, global organization.
