As a key player, you will be at the forefront of 3rd Party Expense Management and Category Strategy for Global Technology Services and IT Management Services. Your expertise will directly influence cost-saving initiatives, enhance supplier relationships, and secure optimal contract terms across vital technology categories including FinOps, End User Support, Global Technology Operations (Compute Storage and IaaS), Cloud Engineering, and Enterprise Technology (Network Technologies, Digital Workplace Solutions, Endpoint Resilience, Endpoint Technology, Telecom, and Collaboration Technology).

What You'll Do:



  • Strategic Sourcing Leadership: Conduct in-depth market research, identify potential suppliers, and assess market trends to develop comprehensive sourcing strategies. Define cost reduction targets, establish supplier selection criteria, and implement robust risk mitigation plans. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into precise sourcing requirements.
  • RFx Management Excellence: Design and execute Request for Information (RFI), Request for Quotation (RFQ), and Request for Proposal (RFP) processes. Analyze supplier responses and evaluate proposals based on a balanced assessment of price, quality, delivery, and other critical factors.
  • Expert Negotiation: Develop and lead complex contract negotiations, securing optimal pricing and terms while expertly balancing risk and value. Draft and manage master agreements, including intricate legal terms and conditions.
  • Vendor Relationship Architect: Build and nurture strong, strategic relationships with key suppliers. Proactively address performance issues and champion continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor supplier performance against contractual obligations and key performance indicators.
  • Cost Optimization Strategist: Analyze spend data to uncover significant cost-saving opportunities and spearhead strategic sourcing initiatives. Utilize advanced cost modeling and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis to inform and evaluate sourcing options.
  • Influential Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate sourcing strategies and progress to all internal stakeholders, including senior management. Proactively manage expectations and expertly address any concerns related to sourcing activities.

Must-Have Qualifications:



  • Sourcing Mastery: 7+ years of advanced strategic sourcing experience, demonstrating profound expertise in technology-focused procurement principles, practices, and models.
  • Technology Sourcing Acumen: Deep understanding of technology sourcing principles, diverse sourcing methodologies, and comprehensive contract law.
  • Proven Negotiation Track Record: Clearly articulated examples of successfully negotiating SaaS and Cloud-based enterprise business applications at scale within a global environment.
  • Concise Communication: Ability to succinctly convey complex contracting options and recommended paths forward in a summary fashion.
  • Analytical Prowess: Proficiency in data analysis, sophisticated spend analytics, and financial modeling to pinpoint and capitalize on cost savings opportunities.
  • Market Insight: Extensive knowledge of relevant technology and labor supplier markets, current industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Exceptional Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Project Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex sourcing projects from initial conception through to successful completion.
  • Autonomous Project Management: Proven capability to manage individual project timelines and drive projects to completion with limited supervision.


The target hiring compensation range for this role is $84.61-$94.01 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
