- Lead reporting and analytics workshops to understand business and functional reporting requirements across Oracle Fusion Financials, and EPM modules.
- Analyze current-state reporting solutions and design future-state enterprise reporting architecture aligned with Oracle Fusion Cloud and Analytics best practices.
- Design, develop, and support reporting solutions using BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI, Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), and Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW).
- Develop pixel-perfect operational and statutory reports using BI Publisher with complex SQL, RTF/EText templates, bursting, and scheduling.
- Create and optimize OTBI subject area-based real-time reports and dashboards, including security-aware reporting.
- Design analytical dashboards and semantic models in Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) for cross-functional and executive reporting.
- Leverage Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW) as a reporting and analytics platform, supporting data modeling and performance optimization.
- Design and maintain data pipelines and transformations using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) or equivalent ELT/ETL tools for analytics use cases.
- Implement and customize Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW), including KPI definitions, extensions, and validation of prebuilt dashboards.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and integration teams to source data from Fusion transactional tables, REST APIs, FBDI outputs, and upstream systems.
- Develop and maintain reporting design documents, data models, KPI definitions, and technical specifications.
- Ensure role-based access controls, data security, and compliance in all reporting solutions.
- Support reporting data validation, reconciliation, and audit requirements across financial and operational reports.
- Create and execute test scenarios for SIT, UAT, regression testing, and performance testing of reporting solutions.
- Provide reporting support during cutover, go-live, post-go-live stabilization, and hypercare phases.
- Support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates by assessing impact on OTBI, BIP, FAW, and OAC artifacts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 10-15+ years of overall reporting and analytics experience with 7+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud reporting and analytics.
- Strong hands-on experience with BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI, Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), and Fusion transactional reporting.
- Experience designing enterprise analytics solutions using ADW and ODI (or equivalent data integration tools).
- Strong understanding of Fusion data models, subject areas, and transactional-to-analytical data flows.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, performance tuning, joins, and complex reporting logic.
- Experience implementing and extending Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW).
- Familiarity with Financials, SCM, or HCM business processes to effectively translate requirements into reporting solutions.
- Experience with integrations using REST APIs, FBDI, and reporting data extracts.
- Strong understanding of data security, role-based access control, and reporting governance.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting multi-ledger, multi-currency, and multi-region (NA, EMEA, APAC) Oracle Fusion environments.
- Experience building executive dashboards and KPI frameworks for Finance and Operations leadership.
- Exposure to EPM, FAW extensions, and cross-platform analytics is a plus.
- Experience managing reporting impact of quarterly Oracle Cloud updates.
Preferred Certifications:
- Oracle Analytics Cloud Certification.
