How you will make history here: The Sr Customer Sales Lead at Kroger is responsible for the development and implementation of joint business planning for Kroger to drive volume, profit and share growth within the M&B Soup category. Responsibilities include proactively managing, monitoring the Campbell's Soup portfolio, creating/evaluating and updating business plans to meet all sales objective within both Brick & Mortar along with Ecommerce. In addition, the Sr Customer Sales Lead is responsible for implementing brand strategies and tactics with the customer Kroger, by working closely with key decision makers and utilizing shopper and category initiatives to implement Distribution, Shelving, Merchandising, and Pricing (DSMP) objectives. Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $139,100-$200,000Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
