Department 10129 Community Health COE AdminPay Range $166,441.60 - $277,409.60 In collaboration with the SVP of the Center, plan, implement, direct and evaluate Center activities for Children's National Medical Center in accordance with accepted national standards and administrative policies. Provide administrative and business leadership for the Center. The Director will have primary responsibility for Center planning, budgeting and operations. Integrate and coordinate the operations of the Center with other centers and other elements of the CNMC enterprise. Minimum EducationBachelor's Degree In related field required. (Required) Master's Degree Business Administration, Hospital Administration, Public Administration or other related field preferred. (Preferred) Minimum Work Experience 10 years Progressive related experience. Minimum of 7 years supervisory/management experience in related job function. The disclosed salary range includes the minimum and maximum rates within which Children's National believes an individual's base pay rate will fall for this position. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the maximum of the pay range. The exact pay rate for this position will be based on a variety of factors in alignment with the Children's National compensation philosophy. These factors are legitimate and non-discriminatory including, but not limited to, the current market conditions; organizational needs; the individual's combination of prior work experience, level of education, knowledge, skills, and other qualifications.
