We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our client's sales organization, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of first-party search campaigns. This is an incredible opportunity to directly influence revenue growth, optimize cutting-edge advertising solutions, and contribute to enhancements that redefine the retail media landscape. Your expertise will directly empower our client's partners to achieve their marketing objectives and elevate their presence in a highly competitive market.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the media/retail media industry and a background in the paid search landscape. This is an analytical and revenue focused role solely dedicated to the search product.

**What You'll Do:**

* Analyze and optimize first-party search campaigns to meet marketing objectives and drive performance.

* Drive revenue growth for advertising partners through strategic campaign management.

* Contribute to the continuous improvement of search advertising solutions and capabilities.

* Collaborate closely with internal sales, account management, campaign management, and API/Ad Tech teams.

* Develop and implement effective search advertising strategies.

* Manage campaign budgets and bidding strategies for optimal performance.

* Optimize account configurations and keyword targeting to maximize campaign reach and efficiency.

* Provide insightful reporting and analysis on campaign performance, delivering actionable recommendations.

**What You'll Bring:**

* Proven experience and a strong understanding of the media or retail media industry.

* Extensive background and expertise in the paid search landscape.

* Demonstrated analytical skills with a strong focus on revenue generation and performance metrics.

* Ability to develop, implement, and manage complex search advertising strategies.

* Experience with budget management, bid optimization, account configuration, and keyword targeting.

* Proficiency in reporting campaign performance and translating data into actionable insights.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $46.00/hr to $51.00. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
