Description
Coakley & Williams Construction (CWC) is currently hiring a Project Executive to lead our Higher Education and Institutional business line. As the Project Executive at CWC you will lead the successful delivery of large-scale commercial construction projects, typically within the higher education sector. This role is accountable for safety, client relationships, financial performance, schedule, and overall project outcomes.
You will oversee multiple project teams and serve as the senior leader ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards.

Wage Transparency:
In accordance with the Maryland Wage Transparency Law, the base salary range for this position: $170,000 - $215,000, based on experience, qualifications, and skills. Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
This role may require periodic jobsite visits. Responsibilities may include standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in environments with construction equipment, varying weather conditions, and active construction sites.
