Join a technically driven engineering organization supporting gas turbine engine repair and production. In this role, you'll take ownership of processes, components, and improvement projects that directly impact quality, cost, delivery, and customer performance.



You'll collaborate closely with operations, quality, and fellow engineers while applying Lean methodologies and structured problemsolving to bring new repair technologies and process improvements into production.



What You'll Do:



  • Develop, optimize, and sustain repair processes for turbine engine components
  • Lead and support technical projects from concept through production implementation
  • Troubleshoot production and process issues; , drive sustainable corrective actions


  • Use data, KPIs, and Lean tools to improve safety, quality, throughput, and cost



What You Bring:



  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering preferred)
  • 0-2 years of experience in aerospace, manufacturing, industrial, or MRO engineering
  • Previous experience in a maintenance, repair, and overhaul facility, preferred FAA repair station.
  • Experience supporting production, process improvement, or technical projects
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problemsolving skills

The salary range for this position reflects a broad spectrum of experience levels. Individual compensation within the range is determined by multiple factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, job related skills, internal equity, and market conditions. We evaluate each candidate individually to ensure fair and competitive pay decisions.
