Pool Concierge (Seasonal)

Overview:

Omni Fort Worth Hotel is looking for a Seasonal Pool Concierge to assist with our summer pool side services to include sunglass cleaning, towel service, and promoting and arranging hotel services during guest stay.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with pool side services- sunglass cleaning and towel service.
• 
  

  Be fully acquainted with the different points of interest.

  
  
• 
  

  Assist in arranging for restaurant Reservations and limousines as required by our guests.

  
  
• Promote and arrange hotel services during guest stay
• Assist guests with booking dinner reservations, spa reservations, and other hotel offerings
• 
  

  Speak with guests in a friendly, warm manner making them feel welcome to the hotel.

  To proactively work to seek out ways in which to improve the hotel experience for our guests.

  
  
• Ensure that the pool area is serviced throughout the day
• Assist guests with any needs and communicate with corresponding departments
• Complete any special projects that might be assigned.
• Stock pool towels in the storage areas and pool chairs
• Supply scented towels to guests in hot weather
• Ensure pool chairs and other furniture is staged properly in the pool area and adjacent outdoor space
• Maintain pool towel inventory by washing, folding, and storing as needed
• Report any maintenance issues or concerns to corresponding departments

Qualifications:

• Able to maintain a 4-diamond level of service
• Able to work with management on special projects
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
• Able to work outside in sunny and hot weather
• Maintain a professional business appearance, attitude, and performance
• Able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Able to move, bend, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance. Stand or walk for an extended period or for an entire work shift. Requires repetitive motion.
