At Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort, our Massage Therapists do more than provide expert massage therapy and body treatments, they create memorable moments of relaxation and well-being for every guest. From relieving stress to sharing personalized self-care recommendations, you will help guests leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and smiling. As a key member of The Ocean Tides Spa team, you will help maintain a welcoming, serene environment while delivering exceptional treatments. Your dedication to guest care and attention to detail will inspire repeat visits, enhance guest satisfaction, and encourage excitement around spa services and retail offerings. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional, high-quality massage therapy and body treatments in accordance with spa standards Create a relaxing, balanced, and welcoming experience for every guest Ensure all treatments begin and end on time while following established spa procedures and protocols Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked treatment room at all times Monitor and maintain accurate product inventory needed for daily treatments Complete and provide guests with prescription or recommendation forms following each service Promote spa retail products and services by confidently sharing benefits and recommendations, with a goal of achieving at least 10% in retail sales Follow proper product usage to minimize waste and maintain spa standards Assist with treatment room setup, breakdown, and laundry as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the spa environment Support team members and assist with other spa operations when needed Qualifications Valid South Carolina Massage Therapy License required Previous massage therapy experience preferred but not required Strong commitment to providing exceptional guest care and attention to detail Team-oriented, responsible, and dependable Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High personal and professional standards Eagerness to learn, grow, and develop professionally within the spa and hospitality industry Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays Why Work at Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort?
