Description Monday-Friday 8am-5pm -Possibility of rotating weekend hours (1-2 hours) once out of training -Log in to check delivery orders and shipment statuses from the day prior -Ensure all pick ups were made -Make sure account information is correct and billing information is accurate -Review the shipments for that upcoming day -Confirm shipments are being dispatched correctly -Update the Customer Service team with any carrier questions they have -Act as a liaison between internal Customer Service and the carriers -Relay shipment updates to carriers -Troubleshoot any shipment issues or problems in real time Skills Customer service, logistics Top Skills Details Customer service Additional Skills & Qualifications -3PL or Logistics experience is a huge plus Experience Level Entry Level Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Syracuse, NY.
