What You'll Do



  • Be the first point of contact by answering and directing phone calls with professionalism and warmth
  • Greet visitors and create a welcoming first impression
  • Support building and team communication
  • Manage calendars and assist with scheduling
  • Keep the office environment organized, stocked, and running smoothly
  • Maintain and restock office supplies
  • Provide general administrative support and anticipate team needs


What We're Looking For

  • Clear, professional communication skills

Education and/or Experience



  • High school diploma or GED (vocational training preferred)
  • 1+ year of related administrative or office experience


Location & Travel



  • This role will be based out of our Sioux Falls, SD office
  • Limited travel may be required, up to 10%
