Position Overview We are hiring a Director, Marketing Operations to own the operational infrastructure behind Spiro's marketing function across Brand and Brand Activation & Events (BAE). Reporting to the Senior Director, Marketing, this role is responsible for budget management, vendor coordination, reporting, and day-to-day marketing operations. This person ensures campaigns execute on time, spend is tracked, and leadership has visibility into marketing performance. Responsibilities Marketing Operations & Workflow
