Talent Acquisition Partner in South Florida
FULL-TIME OPPORTUNITY/ STARTING ANNUAL SALARY OF $70,00 - $75,000 DOE.

Hybrid Position in Palm Beach or Broward Counties

We're hiring aTalent Acquisition Partner (Recruiter) to manage and support the day-to-day full cycle recruitment for our South Region, Florida operations, whichprovidesa full range ofpre-hospital healthcareservicesprimarily in the areas of emergency and patient relocation. This talent partner supports attracting and hiring top talent while ensuring a smooth candidate experience from application to onboarding, maintaining engagement and communication throughout. The recruitment talent partner will play a key role in our HR commitment to excellence, shaping our culture, embodying key competencies in human resources and talent acquisition, and ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.

Responsibilities:

  • The TalentAcquisitionPartner will develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talentwith the ability to build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for both immediate and future hiring needs, utilizing strategic talent acquisition techniques.
  • Effectively source and sell opportunities to candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, referrals, and proactive outreach to passive candidates using platforms like LinkedIn,Indeed, and ATS systems. Active presence on LinkedIndesired.
  • Efficiently screen and coordinate interview processes with department managers to ensure alignment with job requirements.
  • Partner with the local operations and/or human resources teams tosupport interviews and hiring needs.
  • Sell our story to ensureour employer brand mission and visionalignwith candidates
  • Develop effectiverelationshipswith schools and feeder organizations to foster community relations and generate applicants.
  • Familiarity with recruitment metrics and data analysis.
  • Periodic travelto relevant recruiting events, including, but not limited to schools &industry-relatedjob fairs.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exemplify excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Ensure all aspects of recruitment process including candidate documentation and data records, comply with policies and compliance.
  • Full-cycle recruiting including pre-screening, interview scheduling, ATS management, etc.

RequiredQualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role.
  • Experience in healthcare/EMS (preferred).
  • Experience in Social Media, Sourcing and full life cycle recruiting (preferred).
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Valid State driver license.
