Overview The Event Planner will be part of the Enterprise Marketing Team, reporting to the Senior Events Manager. The role is based out of the Salt Lake City Myriad offices this role plays a critical administrative and operational support function for the Events team, with a primary focus on internal meetings and behind-the-scenes execution that enables internal meetings, conferences and trade shows to run seamlessly. This position is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who excels at managing paperwork, logistics, and coordination, and who takes pride in delivering white-glove support to senior leaders and internal partners. While this is a support-oriented role, it offers meaningful exposure to enterprise-level events and the opportunity to grow within a best-in-class corporate events function. Responsibilities

Physical Requirements Lifting Requirements - light work or exerting up to 30 pounds of force frequently. Physical Requirements - stationary positioning, moving, operating, ascending/descending, communicating, and observing. Use of equipment and tools necessary to perform essential job functions. Ability to travel 20%-40% of the time, frequently taking place over weekends.
