* Champion coding best practices, setting a high standard for quality and efficiency within the team.

* Mentor and guide junior engineers, sharing your expertise in processes, codebase navigation, and best practices.

* Conduct thorough and constructive code reviews, ensuring high-quality, performant, and secure solutions.

* Actively engage in the agile development lifecycle, from design reviews and planning to retrospectives, committing to deliverables and swiftly resolving impediments.

* Architect and document technical designs, ensuring clarity and alignment across the engineering team.

* Contribute to cross-team discussions, influencing architectural decisions and process enhancements.

* Implement seamless integrations with third-party services and various application components.

* Collaborate closely with peers to prioritize work effectively and align efforts with overarching strategic goals.

* Demonstrate exceptional adaptability, managing interruptions gracefully while supporting team objectives.

**What You'll Bring**

To thrive in this role, you will possess a strong foundation in software engineering principles and a passion for building high-quality web applications. We are looking for someone with:

* 7+ years of professional experience in the development of web applications.

* A deep understanding of computer science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms.

* Expert-level proficiency in Python.

* Strong proficiency with JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.

* Good working knowledge of database systems, specifically MongoDB or SQL.

* Proficiency with Git for version control.

* Proficiency with Docker for containerization.

* Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and debugging capabilities.

* Exceptional design and organizational skills.

* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with proven experience working effectively across cross-functional teams.

* The ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment, requiring minimal direction.
