SUMMARY
The Manager of Distribution is responsible for the endtoend management of all distributor and reseller relationships for North American Rescue. As a TEAM member within the Sales Organization, this person is responsible for the daytoday leadership, management, and performance oversight of North American Rescue's distribution and marketplace sales team. This role provides direct people leadership for distribution personnel and ensures consistent execution across distributor/reseller relationships and thirdparty online sales platforms.
Strategic direction and executive decisionmaking remain with senior leadership. The Manager of Distribution is accountable for operational execution, team performance, reporting, and crossfunctional coordination to support revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
This is a
required inoffice role based at North American Rescue headquarters in Greer, South Carolina.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

- Leads and manages all assigned distribution personnel, including the Distribution Program Lead, Distribution Program Specialist, and ECommerce Marketplace Manager.
- Provides daily direction, coaching, feedback, and performance management to assigned team members.
- Establishes clear priorities, expectations, and goals aligned with company objectives.
- Oversees daily operations related to distributor, reseller, and marketplace sales activities.
- Reviews, analyzes, and presents distributor, reseller, and marketplace sales performance data.
- Serves as the primary escalation point for distributionrelated issues requiring management involvement.
- Ensures distributor agreements, pricing, documentation, and account requirements are maintained accurately.
- Oversees thirdparty online marketplace activity, including Amazon and other platforms, ensuring brand protection and operational compliance.
- Works closely with Sales, Customer Solutions, Operations, Product Management, Marketing, and Accounting teams to ensure alignment and execution.
- Participates in distributor meetings, training events, and trade shows as required.
- Ensures compliance with all required Henry Schein and internal training.
- Maintains a professional image and TEAMfocused attitude at all times.
- Completes all other assigned duties as required.
SUPPLEMENTAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Completes any tasks and/or projects assigned by supervisor.
- Other duties as assigned.
AUTHORITY
- Directly manages assigned distribution personnel.
- Functions as the operational leader for distribution and marketplace activities.
- Acts as a representative for North American Rescue with distributors and reseller partners as needed.
- Escalates strategic, contractual, or highrisk matters to senior leadership.
ACCOUNTABILITY
- Accountable for the performance, development, and engagement of the distribution team.
- Accountable for accurate reporting and operational execution across distribution and marketplace channels.
- Accountable for maintaining professional, consistent, and customeroriented distributor relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in business, public safety, or related field preferred.
- Equivalent experience may be considered.
Experience:
- Minimum of five years of distribution, sales operations, or related experience preferred.
- Prior experience managing or leading team members is preferred.
Competency and Skills:
- Demonstrated peopleleadership and performance management skills.
- Working knowledge of distribution and reseller sales channels.
- Ability to analyze sales data and operational metrics.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problemsolving skills.
- Demonstrates a TEAMoriented mindset and professional judgment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

DEMANDS
Time and Availability
- Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours each week from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. or some variation thereof.
- Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel
- Must have transportation to and from headquarters in Greer, South Carolina.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 15-20%.

- This is a required inoffice position. Remote or hybrid work is not available for this role.
