Role Summary: Vertex Pharmaceuticals is seeking a dynamic and strategic Manager of Market Transformation to join our US Market Transformation team. This role will focus on identifying, evaluating, and managing strategic projects that align with our business priorities, particularly as we prepare for the commercialization of an investigational acute pain product. The Manager of Market Transformation will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategies, driving innovation, and collaborating across multiple teams to ensure the successful implementation of market transformation initiatives. Pay Range: $120,000 - $180,000Disclosure Statement: The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting. This role is eligible for an annual bonus and annual equity awards. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
